Fun Projects for This Weekend Before Thanksgiving

20 Nov
Add some home-made beauty to your Thanksgiving gathering with one of these fun painting projects.
All of these ideas are from Pinterest, and I’ve create a special Thanksgiving Project Board just for you!
Pilgrim painted blocks.  Try our smallest size of Buttermilk paints for this project, order the colors you need in convenient 2 ounce bottles.

Painted Acorns.  This would be an easy project for young kids.  You could even get the supplies this week and be ready for Thanksgiving next week.  What if you set up a craft table of acorns and paints to keep the little ones occupied while you put the finishing touches on the meal?

A framed Thanksgiving chalkboard.  Beautiful!  Grab some OVP Blackboard Paint and get started! I visited one Thanksgiving meal where they had a chalkboard with the lettering “I’m Thankful For . . . ” and invited guests to fill in their responses.

Pallet art is all the rage right now, and I love this one in Thanksgiving colors. Choose from our 35 historic latex colors to create your custom autumn pallet.

This shabby-chic chair and painted white pumpkins is understated and beautiful.  You could get this affect using some “Colonial White” and “All Cracked Up” treatment.

We can have the paint for your project sitting on your doorstep in just a few days, what do you want to create? Call us at 1-800-498-7687.
I have lived a long time and am convinced that God governs in the affairs of men. If a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? I move that prayer imploring the assistance of Heaven be held every morning before we proceed to business.- Benjamin Franklin
